With one in three women emerging from childbirth with birth trauma, holding space for birth debriefs is something I am extremely passionate about.

Being a third party present at births, I am in a unique position to offer birth debriefs. I have witnessed all types of birth and understand the challenges that women face when birthing through the maternity system. I have also undertaken birth trauma training and bring compassion and understanding to all sessions. Debriefs are available to anyone, including mothers, partners, birth support and birth workers.
